Autumn-Spice Granola

Stace's Autumn-Spice Granola

-4 cups rolled oats
-1 cup almonds
-1 cup pecans
-1 cup raisins
-1.5 tbsp almond butter
-3 tbsp honey
-4 tbsp pumpkin puree
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1 tsp vanilla powder
-1/2 tsp salt


Preheat over to 300 degrees.

In a large bowl, stir together oats & nuts.

In a small bowl, melt honey & almond butter together. Then add pumpkin puree & spices.

Slowly pour the syrup mixture over the oat mixture.

Spread mixture onto a baking sheet.

Bake (center oven rack) for about 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent burning, until granola is crumbly and golden.
  1. Remove from oven and stir in the raisins.
  2. When the mixture is cool, store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or refrigerate for 1 month.
