birthday shopping.

My birthday was a few days ago, so I went out on a mini shopping spree!  It's never been easy for me to spend "birthday money"--from childhood, I was taught to save, save, save--so anytime I buy myself something for more than $10, I consider it a real splurge. These three little items are satisfying my current craving for pretty things.

I've also had some good thrift store finds lately.  Perhaps I'll post those, too!
